Himalaya's is a great restaurant if you want to grab some Indian food quick, they have daily buffets for lunch and Dinner, but you can always order from the menu. They usually serve classic Indian cuisine at the buffet, all the favorites, tandoori chicken, chicken curry, saag, naan with rotating sides, and a full salad and chutni bar. Great flavors and warm atmosphere. Right next to the Boulder Theatre, catch a show and have a wonderful meal.
